3. Structure and working principle
QYB35-175L pneumatic oil pump is mainly composed of the following parts:

Compressed air enters the upper cavity of the cylinder from the air inlet of the pump head through the valve core sleeve, the lower air inlet on the valve core, the two air inlets at the lower end of the pump head, and the air inlet of the pump head seat, pushing the piston down. At the same time, the air in the lower chamber of the cylinder enters the exhaust chamber of the pump head through the air intake hole and air pipe assembly of the base and is discharged from the exhaust port. The piston drives the plunger rod assembly down through the piston rod assembly. At this time, the steel ball B1 moves up, and the steel ball B2 closes the oil suction port, and the pressure oil enters the upper cavity of the plunger cylinder (component) and is pressed out through the oil discharge port of the body. When the piston moves down to the piston rod nut and contacts the spool rod retaining ring, it continues to move downwards. The piston drives the spool down by a pitch through the spool rod and the spool connecting rod. At this time, the upper part of the spool moves downwards. The air port is closed, and the upper air inlet is connected with the upper air inlet cavity of the pump head to realize the reversal.

When the piston moves up to the spring and hits the bottom end surface of the inner hole of the piston rod assembly, it continues to move up. At this time, the piston drives the valve core to move up a pitch through the valve core rod and the valve core connecting rod. At this time, the lower part of the valve core The air inlet is in communication with the lower air inlet cavity of the pump head, and compressed air enters the upper cavity of the cylinder to realize the direction change. In this way, the direction of the airflow entering the cylinder is reciprocated, and the piston and the piston rod assembly continuously reciprocate up and down. At the same time, the plunger rod assembly is also driven to reciprocate up and down to realize the oil suction and discharge process of the pump.

The working characteristics of the pneumatic oil pump are: intermittent oil suction, continuous oil discharge, stable start, and load start.
The ratio of the area of the cylinder of the pneumatic oil pump to the annular end face of the cylinder cavity is 50:1. Therefore, the theoretical ratio of the intake pressure to the discharge pressure is 1:50. When the air source pressure is 0.53~0.8Mpa (75~115psi), the theoretical maximum output oil pressure can reach 26.5~40Mpa (3850~5800psi).
The oil discharge and air consumption of the pneumatic oil pump are both unstable, but change with the load pressure. When the load pressure is low, the pump strokes increase, and the oil discharge and air consumption increase; when the load pressure is high, the pump strokes decrease, and the oil discharge and air consumption decrease.
