Steel Shot
Steel Shots are made of high quality steel scrap which are first dissolved and then sprayed with high pressure water to form small spheres of molten steel.The resulting balls are heated again then quenched.The quenched balls are dried in a furnace and reheated to achieve appropriate hardness. Then they are sorted through a mechanical screen into different standard grades .
Application:
Cleaning: shot blasting, shot peening , die casting, casting shot blasting, forging shot peening, casting sand cleaning, steel plate cleaning, steel plate cleaning, H-beam cleaning, steel structure cleaning.
Derusting: shot blasting, shot peening, casting derusting, forging derusting, steel plate derusting, forgings derusting, steel derusting, H-beam derusting, steel structure derusting.
Strengthening: Shot blasting, shot peening for heat-treated parts, shot peening for gears.
