1 Overview
The overflow valves in the ground blowout preventer control device are all safety valves, which are divided into two types: low pressure overflow valve and high pressure overflow valve. The set pressure of the two valves is different.

3. Structure and working principle
The main parts of Y25-20B type include:
Sealing nut, adjusting screw, lock nut, upper spring seat, spring, lower spring seat, valve core, valve body, joint.
The high-pressure oil enters the valve body through the joint, the lower part of the valve core has oil pressure, and the upper part is the set spring force. Under normal circumstances, the hydraulic pressure at the bottom of the valve core is always less than the spring force, so the valve port is normally closed and the valve does not overflow. Once the oil pressure exceeds the spring setting force, the spring will be compressed and the valve core will move up, and the valve port will open and overflow. In this way, it can be ensured that the pressure of the system will not exceed the setting value of the overflow valve to ensure the safety of the system.
The adjustment of the spring force is achieved by adjusting the screw. After adjustment, lock with a lock nut and tighten the sealing nut to prevent oil leakage.
The main parts of Y25-20C type include:
Sealing nut, adjusting screw, valve port nut, upper spring seat, spring, lower spring seat, valve core, valve body, valve sleeve, valve core seat.
The high-pressure oil enters the valve body through the joint, the lower part of the valve core has oil pressure, and the upper part is the set spring force. Under normal circumstances, the hydraulic pressure at the bottom of the valve core is always less than the spring force, so the valve port is normally closed and the valve does not overflow. Once the oil pressure exceeds the spring setting force, the spring will be compressed and the valve core will move up, and the valve port will open and overflow. In this way, it can be ensured that the pressure of the system will not exceed the setting value of the overflow valve to ensure the safety of the system.

The high-pressure oil enters the valve body through the joint, the lower part of the steel ball has oil pressure, and the upper part is the set spring force. Under normal circumstances, the hydraulic pressure under the steel ball is always less than the spring force, so the valve port is normally closed and the valve does not overflow. Once the oil pressure exceeds the spring setting force, the spring will be compressed and the steel ball will move up, and the valve port will open and overflow. In this way, it can be ensured that the pressure of the system will not exceed the setting value of the overflow valve to ensure the safety of the system.
The adjustment of the spring force is achieved by adjusting the screw. After adjustment, lock with a lock nut and tighten the sealing nut to prevent oil leakage.
When leaving the factory, the set pressure of the relief valve has been adjusted, the set pressure of the low pressure relief valve is 23.1Mpa, and the high pressure relief valve is 34.5Mpa. Under normal circumstances, there is no need to adjust.
