Product Description
The function of the air bag capsule on the mud pump is to use the volume of the air bag itself to continuously store and compensate the liquid discharged to a part of the pump in the pipeline to reduce the passiveness due to the pumped liquid. When the instantaneous displacement of the mud pump increases above its average displacement, the instantaneous pressure in the discharge line rises, and the gas volume in the air bag is compressed. In this way, a part of the mud is stored in the air bag; When the displacement is lower than the average displacement, the instantaneous pressure in the discharge line is reduced, and the gas volume in the air bag capsule expands, and a part of the mud is discharged, which plays a role in regulating uneven displacement.
